E-FLO's E-commerce package is among the most comprehensive available.
The flexibility and quality of the product means we can cater equally
well for a simple one product online catalogue (without any online payment
processing), as we can for a multi-level trade system with several online
payment processing methods.
You are now able to purchase any number of E-commerce systems on the
web. Some require you to install and run everything yourself, others
take on board some or all of the managment of the system for you. We
are very much of the belief that the best solution is for us to learn
everything there is to know about E-commerce, and to run the whole system
for you, leaving you to concentrate on the things that you know about
- (adding) your products, communicating with your customers and taking
your orders.
We have worked very hard to make the administration of your E-commerce
extremely easy and intuitive. Part of this process is talking to you
about your requirements, helping you to understand everything that is
involved, and helping you to choose the best options for your online
store. The second step is for us to give you access to the parts of
E-FLO you need, and then to introduce you to various extra possibilities
as and when you are ready to take them on board.
We have all the functionality you could possibly require, there is no
need for us to list our features, if there is anything you need, it
is already included in E-FLO (or else we will add it while your E-commerce
site is being designed). We can provide web design services too, so
you can come to us for advice and development of the whole package.
To give you a flavour of the advanced features E-FLO caters for, the
system includes multi-country, multi-currency, multi-level user/company
and trade access, advanced web statistics, shopping comparison feeds,
third party sale feeds, batch contract pricing, sales forecasting, weight-based
or multi level delivery options, add/cross/up sell, automated returns
and more.
Search engine optimization techniques are incorporated into every website
we develop, giving you the best possible chance to rank highly - the
rest is up to you by creating great relevant content and the quality/quantity
of links to your site, but we can help you understand these elements
too.
We can link to any payment service providers (e.g. WorldPay or SECPay),
and/or any banks that provide a card payment solution (e.g. Barclays
ePDQ). If you prefer to start with something simpler, as well as to
avoid the associated costs, you can manually complete your customers'
payments offline.
